Bradley Jimerson, D.P.M., is a foot and ankle specialist resident of the CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital Podiatric Medicine and Surgical Residency Program, which is a partnership with Imperial Health. He is the fifth doctor to enter the program, which began in 2015.
Dr. Jimerson is originally from Dallas, Texas. He earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Exercise Physiology from Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He completed a four-year Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. While there, Dr. Jimerson served as the student representative to the APMA (American Podiatric Medical Association) Board of Trustees, and also as a delegate and Board of Trustees member of the APMSA (American Podiatric Medical Students’ Association). He is the recipient of the APMSA President’s Award, which is given to one podiatric medical student in the country each year.
As part of the residency program, which is affiliated with Center for Orthopaedics (CFO), Dr. Jimerson will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced orthopaedic surgeons and specialists, and he will also work within the group’s Sports Medicine Program, which provides services to McNeese State University and 14 area high schools.
